Rugby Surgery

The receptionists are like little devils with very bad attitude. They are very disrespectful, arrogant and notoriously rude. The surgery has no shame that they hired these kind of people. The receptionists are always in a mood to argue and shout with patients irrespective of their medical conditions. They don't want to share their name with us because they know that they did behave like wild animals. Doctors are also not helpful. The whole surgery has an absolutely disgusting attitude. I really hate going there. This surgery has to be the most irritating, unpleasant, unhelpful and rudest GP surgery in the United Kingdom.

The things I not understand after all these negative comments still same receptions why not fire them. They are not do their job at all and I spoke with manger but she was the worst one

The receptionist was incredibly unprofessional, displaying a hostile attitude towards patients. Their behavior was completely unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected and disregarded. The staff was disorganized and lacked basic customer service skills, adding to the overall terrible experience at this doctor's surgery."
