Booked in for glass replacement at my home address through my insurer. The installer didn't arrive. I called to question and was told someone would call me right back. Several hours later nobody called, so I contacted them only to be told to call a different number. After being on hold for an hour I was told my car would be booked in for the next morning. The next day I was called to say they had a problem with their system and didn't know which glass to order. Maybe they could call me back next week to rebook. My car has now been left unsecured for almost a week and I've had to use another company. Service: Auto rear window replacement
