        Extremely slow service. Needed to get some work redone as the finish was poor. Wrong toilet delivered and took a long time to rectify. Customer service was very reluctant to rectify any mistakes. Workman were very slow to complete job.

        Very helpful and friendly. Helped us design all the bits we needed, gave us loads of his time and didn't complain when delivery dates kept changing. Recommended.

        Dave is a rude and obnoxious man! Would never and will never buy a bathroom from him! Not only is he arrogant and rude to customers but he is the same to customers/businesses on the phone! When I went in his poor employee was also spoken to terribly how she manages to work for him is beyond me!
