The staff are very friendly, attentive and get right on with any maitenance issues when they do occur. They host regular events open to everyone and have a diverse array of them. I do recommend bring your own fan as the rooms can get hot during warmer times but apart from that the rooms are great prices for students. Plenty of space, under bed storage, drawers, segregated wardrobe bookshelfs etc. For students staying the academic year at university or on placement, I would recommend. Plenty of shops nearby due to being close to the city centre whilst being gated with a 24/7 reception/security for peace of mind.
