I joined curves November 2021 to help tone up & get fit, I absolutley love the support & encouragement I've got along the way, not only from the coaches but from all my gym family too, if your thinking of joining a ladies only gym that actually works, & only takes 30 mins of your time, this is the place for you, the personal instructors are amazing and on hand every step of the way, with monthly weighs & measuring, I also love the extra classes that you can do & the choices of music that make you want to shake what your mamma gave you!! It's fab, fun, & fitness at its best 100% pop in to see what your missing, you won't ever look back.

Recently re-joined after many years away and have been made to feel welcome in a friendly and supportive environment. Added bonus of a coach always near by to push you to your potential.
