To be honest when I visited the garage first time to book my appointment I was little bit worried when I saw negative comments on google. But now I feel I was lucky I put my car Honda CRV for repair in this garage. They did stunning job, car looks like new, I was contacted by phone about progress and they pick up and bring my car back to my home. Strongly recommending Dale Motors to all who have body work job on the car. They are friendly and professional.

Absolute rubbish bady fitted front panel,and sprung from wing, returned with n/s headlight not working, also returned thih tpms light on and less than 8psi in n/s front tyre destroying it, als paint runs on bumper and specles in paint due to poor prep, sent email day after car returned which was totally ignored, wouldnt recomend them to fix a kiddies tricycle, could have done better at home dont want to send back for rectification, would rather pay another garage to do the rectification

Following an accident my wifes car was damaged by a 3rd party. Unfortunately, my wifes car ended up at Dale motors as I left it the hands of 1st central insurance company to decide who will repair the car. On arrival to collect our repaired car I immediately noticed that the drivers door and front wing were a different colour to the rest of the car and neither panels were fitted very well. 5 minutes into my drive my suspicions were confirmed that the door as incorrectly fitted by the amount of air hissing through the gaps! I decided to take the car away and have it looked at by the BMW dealership who confirmed that the repair was far from an acceptable standard and more alarmingly they had tried to bend back part of the structural A-post in order to cover up the structural damage and reposition the door. Thanks to Dale motors Im now in stuck in long battle with the insurance company to either get these repairs carried our properly or more likely to get the car written off. I would seriously avoid allowing your vehicle to visit this body shop.
