What an absolutely fantastic experience!! Both Simon and Gary demonstrated professionalism and great personalities from the very start of a nine week project, renovating three very tired bathrooms into what can no be described as modern showroom standard bathrooms with state of the art technology. My experience was further enhanced as a result of the high quality of workmanship and the fact no project management was required over the entire duration. The methodical approach ensured that each bathroom was completed in a timely manner to the highest standard with great ideas provided to get the very best out of the space. I would highly recommend Abbotts Luxury Bathrooms to anyone embarking on a similar project. Dont rush into the first available company, believe me its worth the wait for these guys. What a fantastic job Simon and Gary have done on remodelling my old bathroom into a stunning modern one,the boys were a pleasure to have around the house ,very punctual and cleaned up every day after work so well you wouldn't know they've been here! Ever since our first quote off Simon nothing has been too much trouble even though we were bombarding him with questions whilst picking our fittings beforehand. The work has been completed on time and to a very high standard Indeed. I would highly recommend these boys if you are thinking of a new bathroom or kitchen, one very happy customer cheers both.

I've used Abbott Luxury Bathrooms three times (two bathrooms and one kitchen remodel) and they are absolutely brilliant. And they don't just do bathrooms! Simon is incredibly reliable and always turns up/phones when he says he will, unlike so many other trades people I've been ghosted by over the years. He always kept me informed of progress on the job/any issues. He works very clean and didn't leave me a mess to deal with at the end of each day. And best of all, he doesn't have multiple jobs on the go at the same time, unlike other people I've used previously, so the jobs took exactly as long as he said they would and I never had to harass him to get my jobs completed. He is also extremely lovely and I felt very comfortable leaving him and his colleagues working in my house when I wasn't there. I first used Abbott Luxury Bathrooms back in 2014 after moving to a house that needed some serious "refreshing". The bathroom was small and dated but Simon gave me lots of ideas on how the space could be transformed into a beautiful family bathroom without breaking the bank. The job was scheduled for two weeks, was finished in the timescale as promised, but without rushing or any compromising on the quality of finish. I am delighted with the bathroom. In 2016, Simon transformed a side return extension being used as a tiny office and downstairs loo into another gorgeous family bathroom. Again, he and his staff worked clean and tidy and finished on time with fantastic attention to detail and I love my bathroom. So, when I decided I wanted to remodel my kitchen, family area and outside patio I immediately asked Simon if he could do it. He's in demand and was already booked up for most of the year but I didn't want to use any other company and was happy to wait. It was a big job, involving knocking down two sheds, making holes in walls, opening up the chimney breast...very messy, dirty, dusty work. But they worked clean (as always) and made sure I had an area to use as a makeshift kitchen while it was going on. Simon and his employee Gary were working in the house for a good few months. There were times I had to work from home or be at home with the kids while they worked and they were always happy and singing - a real pleasure to have around. Having major house renovations can be a a very stressful experience but they made it as painless as possible. And best of all, they transformed the downstairs of my house and I absolutely LOVE it. It's so nice being in the kitchen and being able to open the patio doors and let the sun in (on the rare occasions it shines). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abbott Luxury Bathrooms and have recommended to friends and family, who have also used them and been very happy with the results. What a find. The decision to engage Simon, to carry out a complete refurbishment of our bathroom, including walls, ceiling, floor, shower enclosure, and all the associated cabinets, and hardware, was a masterstroke. From day one, obtaining a quote, to the final day of the refurb, communication with Simon, and response from him, was superb. During the fitting, a number of unforeseen problems arose, which he took in his stride, quickly coming up with a solution, and making suggestions to improve the layout that we had originally planned, and resulted in the looks and layout of the bathroom, being much better than we ever expected. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship are superb. Simon and Gary were a week late starting the installation, through no fault of their own, but pulled out all the stops, working long hours, to enable completion by Xmas eve, and what a great job they done. It was a pleasure having them in the house, nothing was too much trouble for either of them, and they worked so hard to get things sorted in time. Thank you both.
