Really impressed with the change for the better at St Bride's Medical Centre. Friendly and helpful reception staff which got me an emergency appointment to see a nurse. It was such a relief and pleasure to go there yesterday. Thank you, keep up the good work

receptionists are lovely apart from one who has red hair mid aged woman who seems to be very rude and unhelpful and takes over everything. Allot on the neighbourhood apps moan about the staff but its just the same few, not sure why they work there, they work with the vunerable and shouldnt be there if they are rude all the time and unhelpful.Life is too hard and too short to be miserable and rude. We are all hoping that they under the new management these people will be got rid of as its a lovely surgery otherwise! vet the staff a bit more.. she lets the whole place down.

The staff struggle to provide a comprehensive service to the huge amount of people in the catchment area. The car park is near and easy to access. The medical staff have a very strict regime for consultations and meticulous appointment time keeping. The main point of contact are the practice nurses. Appointment calls are not customer focused and a delay of more than ten minutes jeporddies the appointment. The issuing of medication is very strictly controlled. The databases are seldom updated with the latest version of results and the emphasis is on the patient to remember all the treatments verbatim.

I have been a patient of this gp for about 10 years and I am not able to find a single positive. After the change of owner, I can only say that it is even worse. For several months I have been struggling with atrial fibrillation, I have asthma and I have degenerative changes in the shoulder and upper spine which is very painful. Most of the diseases were diagnosed privately because the doctors from the GP could not do it. After the last visit, the doctor said that because I am 51 years old then such changes are normal and she can not help me, Generally disgusting approach to the patient, waste of time in seeking help from these doctors
