We cannot speak highly enough of Belinda and her Team at Chewton Rose. Having been on the market for over a year with another agent and getting frustrated at their poor communication we moved to Chewton Rose and had three proceed-able buyers and a sale within ten days. Although the commission was greater than our previous agent you do get what you pay for. Their communication is excellent, you really get the impression they make an effort to get to know you and your property personally and they keep you informed throughout every step of the process. They are proactive, professional and friendly. They make the whole stressful process of house moving so much easier. We would never use any one else.

We have been extremely impressed by the level of customer service provided by Chewton Rose. From our very first point of contact with Ben Smalley, we felt that we would be working with a company who genuinely care about making the stressful process of selling a house more bearable. Ben worked extremely hard on our behalf to ensure the marketing materials were exactly as we wanted and he was extremely responsive to all our requests. Belinda Bishop has been a pleasure to deal with. She always has time for clients and has an excellent understanding of how important it is to build and maintain a good relationship with them and with potential buyers. We felt were were in extremely safe hands with her. Jemma Sandalls is a fantastic addition to the team. She is extremely hard working and really does go above and beyond in her work ethic. She communicates feedback promptly after viewings and has a naturally positive, can do attitude.
