Nobody wants their car to have to go to an 'accident repair centre' mine did, it went to 'Gemini' Newport. I have awarded them 5 Stars, here's why.... Having sent them photographs of the damage to my car, and completed the necessary paperwork, I was contacted by administration staff. They simply could not have been more helpfull, professional or courteous. I spoke predominantly with a lady named Karen, she kept me fully updated with regard to the progress of the repair and even arranged for me to speak with the technician who was actually working on my car. A time and date that was convenient to me was arranged for the collection of my vehicle. The driver ( Dave) attended my home address, exactly on time having already contacted me to tell me he was on route. (Again I must make mention of how friendly and professional he was) The courtesy car, which was immaculately presented was exchanged for my own. On the third day I was contacted (by Karen...see above) and informed that my vehicle would be returned at a time convenient to myself the following day. Upon delivery ( by Dave .... see above) I found the work carried out to be first class, garenteed and additionally, the car had been washed and valeted. As I have said ......" nobody wants their car to go to a accident repair centre" but I have no hesitation in recommending them! Service: Body & Trim

Friendly, helpful office staff. Unfortunately my car could not be fixed, we are gutted to scrap our family car.
