        Not for profit my arse... The company charges the government 255 a week for a room the size of a prison cell and the "tenants" a further 25 a week to stay there... The reason for the extra charge I think is so that they can evict the drug users an get them back in endlessly without actually houseing them, guaranteed income.. This type of place is the reason that the government can't afford to raise your nans pension or the reason they keep running out of resources, it's also because a person staying at a hostel isn't technicaly homeless for government statistics so that they can cook the books when us voters ask for details of their efforts to end homelessness
