        Dale has been so kind to help me by regular telephone sessions and regular email updates to which he replies to. He takes the time to get to know you, the time to help you and he has helped me a lot so far! Taking to him has made me feel at ease as I wasn't so sure on asking for help before. He's understanding and a great person to work with. I would 100% recommend his services!

        I have worked with Dale for the past three weeks for weight loss, I have found him very professional and have seen fantastic results. I feel a lot better about my self and I have seen a fantastic weight loss over this time period. I also feel that I am now in a position to be able to maintain the tools I have been given to carry on the weight loss journey. Thanks Dale all your hard work has been apricated.

        Really good experience. I had a session to help me reduce the amount of chocolate I eat so that I can have a healthier diet and loose weight. The session worked amazingly and I havent eaten chocolate since and I have had a much healthier diet. I would definitely recommend dale.
