My wonderful clients can now see the passion and the purpose for choosing my company in a softly elegant and gently persuasive way. After trying to write a succinct and positive brochure there was so much I wanted to say, but struggled to put into words to engage and highlight how much we are devoted to our clients. Your kind and honest appraisal of my very basic ideas was put forward thoughtfully. When the wording arrived I was taken aback. It was the perfect balance of enthusiasm and professionalism that we strive for every day in our agency, it was exactly what I wanted. I have been working with Andrea for the past 6 months or so and I am totally blown away by her knowledge of content. I have a wedding and commercial photography business and it tricky at times to know how to write with the right tone of voice for my target market. Andrea has an ability to be able to put herself in the shoes of your customer, so that you can speak directly to them rather than talking about yourself and what you offer. This is so valuable. Andrea is also really lovely, bubbly and friendly which really helps to get the best out of her clients. xx
