AbsolUtely shocking. Please do not use Jessica from this firm she deserves to be sacked. Failed to respond to a simple enquiry for 4 months resulting in us losing our purchase. I will be taking it further!

Mark Evans completed our conveyancing and was simply outstanding. He was professional, courteous and communicative. He would never tire of updating us throughout the process, in layman's terms and had a great deal of patience in doing so. A truly fantastic experience. We would highly recommend.

We recently used Martyn Prowel Gartsides for the purchase of our first house and couldnt have asked for better service. Elise Stark was fab and kept us well informed throughout every step of the process. I was really impressed with the speed of responses and she really went above and beyond to help us through the difficult process.
