Shirley is professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, always making sure youre comfortable and at ease. I have had three sessions of pigmentation removal so far and have seen some fantastic results I am very happy with. I cannot recommend Shirley enough!

Ive had part of a tattoo removed and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. The service from Shirley was excellent and always very friendly! Would recommend Wales Laser Clinic to anyone looking to have laser tattoo removal.

Staff are very professional and patient. They will take a bit of time if it gets too much, which I very much appreciated. Went in to help with my facial hair so I didn't have to shave as often, and I am very happy with the result. Throughout the treatment, they make sure you're ok and, if something isn't practical (for example, your upper lip is hard to do because it hurts too much), they will suggest a slight change to try and help. My advice to anyone reading this, regardless of if you end up coming here or not, is if it's too painful in one area, shave that area the night before each session. It's just as effective and it'll hurt less. Service: Laser hair removal
