Kebab Joint

Absolutely gutted to hear that Saif has been forced by market forces to shut up shop. Easily the best doner kebab in Newport, and better than nearly all that I've tasted. Best wishes with the Cardiff franchise offering, I hope it is a success, and I'll be hunting it down once it's opened. All the best. This place is going to give all the other fast food places in Newport a run for their money. I've put a couple of photos of the food on our work chat group, and all of a sudden our whole team are talking about working late, just to give it ago - what other take away can you remember that has that reaction! Positives: Great food (only beef kebab I know of in Newport) - and when I say great, it's not a superlative, the food really is on point as a gourmet kebab option. Friendly staff Clean and modern venue! Home made sauces that hit the spot. The lads seem passionate about their business, and keen to get it perfect. Negatives: My only worry is them growing too fast and food quality/service delivery taking a knock as a result - no sign of the food quality dropping, but a couple of mates have commented on the attention to detail dropping a little bit as they get busier. Dish of choice: For me, it has to be the loaded fries. If you're used to fries being a side order, think again! This is a full meal in itself.

The food was good in good price. However environment is very poor and they dont have proper place to sit and dine inn. Chicken food is good and lam is 2 out of 5.

This is far from the case! I have been delivery for 3 years for Jut eat! People have never complained about me! Accurate and correct! I always deliver fast and hot food! I've never seen a place like yours so smoky and dirty! And drivers always complain about you that it smells awful and takes a long time! My friend ordered from your food then had a disorder and vomited!
