After the agency who I booked through had failed to send my confirmation through I received fantastic customer service from the hotel and Bethan in particular, to solve the issue and ensure our stay was stress free. The room was very spacious and worked well as part of the overall golf holiday. The parking costs are high but were waived due to my booking issue

Very poor customer service after reporting Ants in our room that had taken over all my 11 month old daughters clothes. Rang the reception about the problem, they sent maintenance to come over immediately who confirmed there was a whole and ants in the crack in the room and said we need to switch rooms immediately. We went to the reception to ask about an update however a new room at 9am when checkout was at 11am seemed irrelevant. Even though they apologized there was not action taken, no manager was called, no further steps to help us deal with the ants that had taken over our bedroom. I was really disappointed and shaken how this matter was taken so lightly especially since there was a baby in the room. As we were packing our clothes, we found ants in our bag which we threw had to get rid of some of the clothes. At breakfast I found an ant crawling on my daughters bib- unacceptable. Upon checkout, no apologies and acknowledgment of the situation until I requested to speak to the manager. A supervisor came who we explained the situation to, she apologized and radioed to different managers, we were surprised the situation took them so long to alert their managers when theres an ants nest in a customers room. The food and safety manager came to speak to us as the hotel manager was on holiday, he apologized but no real action was taken for such a serious problem. It was really disappointing and appalling how lightly they dealt with the issue. Unfortunately a sorry cannot compensate for finding ants on my daughters bibs and clothes that I had to throw away. I hope they will install and follow stricter protocols when such issues arise for future customers.
