The gentleman Keith on reception when I arrived was very pleasant. My room was pretty good too, although the walls here are very thin and you can easily here other guests. I had two single beds and the pillows weren't great IMO. Breakfast was standard for HIE, I normally just have the Weetabix and toast, the coffee was undrinkable unfortunately. The lady at breakfast also would not let our colleague join us on a table nearby as it apparently is only for four people, we had sat at a table for two and they weren't allowed to join us with another chair either, very strange indeed. Large car park here which is apparently owned by a different company, so beware of that, although you can't miss the signs everywhere..
