Worst place in Newport to order from. Waited over an hour for stale cold desserts, couldnt even get an order of two items right. Called them up to ask why we was given random food instead of the food we ordered and the women were rude and had a stinking attitude. Theres far better places in Newport to order from no matter how desperate you are! I wouldnt bother wasting your time and money! (1 star rating is still generous)

Really great customer service - we were missing a cheesecake on our order (which we were refunded for through deliveroo) and two days later we were surprised with two cheesecakes, which were lovely!

The food came early,which we were pleased about. Ample portions. Great value for money and it was delicious

Ordered off Just Eat at 20:17 delivery said delivery would he 21-21:20, called at 21:36 and they said food was out for delivery and would be with me soon. 22:00 rolled around still nothing, called 3 times and calls were ignored. Contacted Just eat who said order would be with me 22:20???? An hour late?? Cancelled the order and got a full refund. Then 22:30 the food arrives? Burger was rock hard I almost chipped a tooth biting in to it. Cheese fries were fine and edible but was given extra fried which were wet and soggy. THANK GOD I didn't end up paying for this! SO disappointed!

Worst burger ever!!! Chips were soggy and sweaty!! Burgers deffo not cooked fresh!! Burger was hard from being reheated!!!!! Would never recommend or use this place again!!!!!!!!
