        I had a displeasure of small interaction with staff. As my son suffers with psychiatric condition called Obsessive compulsive disorder, often overly interested in unusual things like shop shutters at the moment. Staff member gave this poor child very unpleasant looks and absolutely zero curtesy. It's a medical condition that feels like a torture. Child has no control over the condition nor has the understanding of social norms. I am sorry for the distress we caused you as we stood outside your shop for 30 min waiting for the shutters to close. All the best Hope you will always enjoy great mental health and never experience what we are going thru.
