I Initially started 1-1s with Chris and became addicted to kickboxing. Classes are brilliant - trainers pay attention to you and are very encouraging. They complement hardwork and always continue to help improve your skillsets. A really nice environment where everyone gets along well & a great confidence builder. Would recommend to anyone!

Love this club! The club is very professional and well run. It has a really positive training environment which Is inclusive to all stages of ability. The trainers are excellent and very approachable. Thank you to you all for making my son's journey with you a really encouraging and positive one.

One of the best(and hardest) decisions I ever made, was walking through the doors of this gym! Having not done anything like this for a very long time, feeling completely out of my comfort zone and self confidence at an all time low...this place and the amazing coaches, (and the lifelong friends I have made) have changed everything! I've achieved things I never thought possible, with their constant support and expert guidance. My son also attends classes now, being very shy he needed a confidence boost too, and this has certainly done the trick. If you're wondering whether to give it a try, please do, you won't regret it! You won't find a friendlier, more welcoming environment, and you'll feel great too
