The Sportsman Gun Centre, S Wales

**Edited** - Recently visited for the first time since pre covid. Must say the reception I received was welcoming and helpful. Cant be sure if previous review impacted on this, but imagine it is highly unlikely due to many years passing since it was written (old review below for transparency), but must say, based on my latest visit I will be happy to return. It is also only fair that I update the rating (5*) from the previous (1*). Old review: Visited a number of times now, always receive a hostile welcome. No one seems keen to help or provide guidance. As a new shooter I feel a hindrance to the staff and not an asset to them or the company. Wish that the hundreds of pounds I have spent on the website had been spent elsewhere after the customer service I have received in person.

I had an Issue with a Gunslip,but after e-mailing the Head of online Sales the Issue was resolved without hesitation,Customer Service was FIRST CLASS and an exchange agreed.Thanks Harry.

Just returned from buying an air rifle with my son , the guy serving us was a really good and knowledgeable he was really good with the both of us .
