        Trying to contact the office to explain I can not afford the travel for my appointment today and its just ringing out to the answer phone, shocking to be honest considering if you dont attended said meetings they use lawful action against you. Waste of time!

        I wanted to get information at the Probation Center, but one woman was very rude and started shouting at me as to why I came here with a child. If I am a single mother and I have nowhere to leave the child, she has no right to be rude and assume the situation, such people should not work in the information center
