I rarely leave reviews, but I've been absolutely blown away by the customer service I've received from Leanne at Scented Rainbows. I placed a fairly large order containing birthday gifts, which unfortunately the courier never delivered. But after contacting Leanne (as the courier would only deal with enquiries from the 'supplier', not the customer!) she didn't hesitate to help me. She must've spent hours back and forth chasing the parcel, which subsequently never arrived. And despite being incredibly busy, she kept me in the loop the whole time. When it became apparent the courier wasn't going to help, without hesitation she offered to refund me for the sold out items, and sent the remainder of my order for a second time, with no extra charge. I've been buying from Scented Rainbows for the past year, and I'd never go anywhere else for melts now. Not only are they far superior in quality to every single one of the more "well-known," larger business brands in scent, wax quality and aesthetic, but Leanne has proven exactly why we should ALL be supporting small businesses in the first instance. Unrivalled customer service, and the satisfaction of knowing you're supporting someone's family, not a global, faceless brand. From one business-owner mum to another, Leanne you should be incredibly proud of everything you've achieved. Thank you so much for everything - you have a lifelong customer here. :)

My 1st ever order from here and wow before even opening the package it all smelt amazing, quick dispatch and beautifull packaged,have just put pop in my warmer and my whole house smells incredible will definitely be ordering again and sharing this small business on social media platforms ..

This is my second order. I love these melts and I was surprised how long the scent lingers I could smell it as soon as I came in the room. My order arrived quickly. I will be ordering again.
