One star is being generous. Practice needs a new and experienced manager, current one has no knowledge of healthcare. Reception Staff are rude to patients. The surgery had the nicest staff (earlier on this year) but now they had have all left and I could see they were drained by their job. Prescriptions take far longer than the 48 hours the surgery suggests. To park survey please listen. This surgery needs to close until its upcoming move and work out how to improve as currently its making patients feel worse by going there instead of better.

My poor mother keeps getting her psoriasis creams taken off prescription even though shes on the list and awaiting a second round light treatment as shes suffered badly for years, its very sad that you can let a 60 year old lady sit in pain with just a simple sorry every time she rings and explains. No excuses, just poor organisation

Very Much Disappointed. This clinic does not provide high-quality service at all. Worst Services in this Practice. GP Practice and Child health centre (health Visitors) not have proper communication between them. improper Appointment schedules. Poor staff, and Nurses. Staff does Not know how to speak to the patient. Rude Nurses do not provide names also.
