        Dreadful service over the years. Delivery is rarely on date promised. Many excuses but no service. Dreadful. Cannot get names or contact details for managers. Awful.

        Terrible company. Was told delivery on 13th. No sign so promised 14th. Still no sign and after 4 phone calls later, still not getting anywhere. Phone calls take 30 mins each time to get through. Already 3 days late on a bottle for an old lady who needs her gas fire in the freezing temperatures. Will never use again after iv finally got this 1
