        Avoid this company like the plague. They are completely incompetent. They have no business ethics and don't work within the financial conduct authorities guidelines regarding payments made and invoices received.

        I am trapped in an overpriced phone contract and cant get out of it! I was conned into a finance option by a company called Eze Talk (AVOID) also called Sure Comms. I took out a phone contract over 2 years ago for an iPhone 12 which started out costing 82 a month which they said was high at the start to end my old contract but then wouldnt upgrade or reduce the cost after 18 months. They now stop replying to me. PROPEL FINANCE are still charging 38 a month for an old phone that hardly charged any more and refuse to do anything about the high costs. In all I have been scammed and will have paid around 2400 over the three years. BE CAREFUL WHEN TAKING 3 years contracts. Most phones dont last that long and youre left paying these crooks until theyve got their blood.
