Company took me on for one role, trained me for 3 months. Decided another department needed an administrator and forced me to take on a completely different role, to take me away from the team i had been training with and blackmailed me by saying if i didn't go to the new role i would be let go in 9 months because they would have no reason to keep me. My manager described the role as soul destroying because it is basically going over and redoing other peoples attempt at work, but in reality they have people getting paid way too much to do very little. If you get a job here, expect to be moved around and stuffed wherever another department is being lazy. They should have hired someone else to do this role and not given me an ultimatum to leave my own team, when i had been told i had been doing an excellent job. I have never been so excited to start at a place, only to feel used, misrepresented, blackmailed and disappointed within 3 months. Bad management and even worse procedures in place, made by people who can barely type, use excel or computers in general really. One manager openly admits he wont look at emails, even though its the most basic form of communication nowadays. If you think starting at a tech company might get you some good tech to use, you'll be wrong on that front as well. Computers are dated, old and pretty basic. Nothing i had ever worked properly and IT seemed uninterested to fix anything. Took 3 weeks to get a license for software that should have taken a couple of days. For a tech company, they are not very technical. Make sure when you get hired, its for one role, and not multiple random roles they make up on the spot. So disappointed in this company, and the senior staff. 1 star im afraid
