Absolutely diabolical supervisor very rude .not a but understanding because I cancelled due to a family death ..if it wasn't for the fact my landlord uses this company I would not have them enter my property

I rang this Company regarding a generic letter I received regarding my property having a safety electrical inspection. As the letter was so abrupt and condescending I contacted them to explain I would not be there at the said time and was unable to move furniture due to a recent back injury. However, the person on the phone was unable to deal with this so I asked to speak the letter sender - Katy Collett 'Administor' I honestly have never come across such inadequate people skills, I was told I'd upset her 'trainee' and she was ending the call. I don't know about her ability to train people, she needs to brush up on her own personal interaction especially when dealing with paying customers. I rang Charter Housing (the Housing Association) and sorted amicably any concerns I had This company certainly needs to look at their front line staff!
