        I firstly phoned Ross with a query which he dealt with straight away on the phone as I needed a couple of electrical questions answered I later asked if he could come round to look at one of my sockets and he booked me in straight away, turned up on time was very friendly and professional and well priced! Not very professional at all. I appreciate you might be busy but it doesn't take a minute to text back just to let us know either way
