Of the 2 chargers at this location, I could not get the left one to work. I called customer services, who also couldn't get it to work, despite rebooting the charger. I then moved to the right hand charger, which worked fine. Very frustrating, as this process must have wasted about 30 minutes. Perhaps it was something to do with the payment method? The 1st time I used a card, the 2nd time the app.
