Everyone I spoke to was really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. There was a mix up on our septic tank empty and I had to ring to remind them. They were very honest about what had happened and arranged another date. Everyone involved with the company, from those I spoke to on the phone, to the operator who told us that we really didn't need a tank empty as it was not full, were very professional and helpful. Really good to have such excellent customer service

Very prompt and friendly service from Tyler -and the lads were also and solved the issue very quickly-they also pointed out a structural problem with the man hole which I wouldn`t have been aware of and can now resolve to hopefully avoid a recurrence. Many thanks.
