        This has to be the worst practice I have ever had the misfortune to register with. Mistake after mistake and never an apology just a torrent of excuses and reasons which vary on the person you speak to. Appalling!

        I have been in the area for a year now. I have had a number of appointments in that time and I can truthfully say that I have received nothing but good care, and very helpful reception staff who all seem to be friendly and most helpful and pleasant. Thank you Chapelwood. You are doing a great job under very difficult circumstaces.

        Writing for a friend who is trying to get hold of the doctors cant even get through as they turn the phones off shes trying to get refuels for mental health issues

        Disgusted that my Grandson who is only 3 was misdiagnosed by nurses despite the fact his Dad wanted to see A Doctor misdiagnosis meant child was given incorrect medication and had to suffer longer than he should have discraceful !!
