The Spirit of Wales Distillery

Thoroughly enjoyed the distillery tour and rum making experience led by a friendly and knowledgable team. It was fun trying out their selection of vodkas, rums and gins with some unusual varieties like the mocha rum which was delicious. Came away with some great ideas on rum cocktails to try. This was one of my favourite distillery tours and well worth booking.

Great experience. Really enjoyed the tour and learning about how the distillery came into being and the process of distilling different products. Myself and my daughter made a bottle of rum and were guided through the process each step of the way. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service Ordered 11th Dec, didn't get posted til 16th December so didn't arrive for Xmas. This was supposed to be with me in 48hrs from order. I chased it and I was told it had been delivered but I wasnt home - not true the Royal mail were on strike that day. Clearly passing the buck. You've been warned

Still waiting since 5/12 for a delivery, taken till 21/12 just for a tracking number , would love to taste it , but if you only use Royal Mail when they are striking, perhaps you should have a plan B , for deliveries as there are plenty of alternatives. The call centre has been hopeless, room for improvement back stage ,

Came here for a gin making experience and tour, both had a great time, sampled several tasty drinks and got to take home the unique gin we made. Will be looking to gift the experience to others in the future!
