Absolutely shocking service, shocking customer service and terrible untrustworthy drivers - driver said he had been to address but hadnt then said it was because he couldnt find it - complained to customer services who failed to help us - spent my first birthday away from home at university with no cards from family.

Worse courier service ive ever had the misfortune of using!!! Had an email to say my parcel (birthday gift) would he delivered between 7:55 and 8:55am and staying in all day (even taking my phone which had live feed from my security camera so I can make sure I don't miss a delivery whilst on the toilet or out in the garden etc) for them to have the cheek to email me after 5.30 (when I was inside, just watching the camera on my phone) that they attempted to deliver, when I called to query this as I've been in all day I was told I would have to rearrange for 4 days time?!? Great to be the only one without a present at a 50th Birthday, thanks a lot!

Took a Parcel to the Local post office & 8 days later Package still not collected by Parcel Force. Post office counters person asked ME to call parcel force to try to expedite collection of the parcel. The GUY at customer services(IAN) did NOT give a dam. Absolute shocking service! reminds me of everything that was bad with the UK a decade ago! Paid for 48 jour delivery service & they will NOT give me the parcel back or refund my costs! CAN ANYONE HELP?????

Bought a hp printer. Was afraid it wouldn't go well based on other reviews but printer arrived during the given 1 hour time slot.
