Said they tried to deliver 6.09pm I waited in all day and they didn't try phoning me or anything they didn't even knock my door but yet they think they attempted to deliver nothing but liars

Awful company. Been expecting a really important delivery. Received email notification to say it'd be delivered between 12.00-14.00 and had a tracking link. There was no way to define a safe place for my delivery or leave a note. Tracking is 20 mins out. I'm literally sat in my living room waiting for the delivery and the driver leaves a calling card in my porch. Did not knock and made zero effort to make his presence known. You have my details but did not call. Zero effort made to deliver. I tried to call but their number is for tracking only, impossible to reach a real person. When I get someone on the live chat after 20 mins, they immediately disconnect after I report the issue. Will advise others not to use this company - really poor.

Not a bad service, at least you can speak to a human who will provide the info.Failure to deliver first time.

Spent over an hour on the phone this morning was just ringing. Gave up. Tried to change delivery date doesn't work. And apparently I have signed for it which I haven't.

Missed two pickups with zero notice leaving me to take 3 days off work costing a considerable amount of money and then telling me it was the responsibility of the company they were picking up to resolve the issue
