        After reading the reviews I didnt hold out much hope of getting my delivery! At 3:15 I was phoned to say my parcel was 15 stops away, at 6:30 my parcel arrived at the delivery depot with no attempt at delivery at all. How can something be 15 drops away and not make it in over 3 hours? Another useless delivery company. Joining Hermes on my list of steer clear of!
