I have a number of chronic illnesses, autoimmune illness and breathing problems. I have been sleeping in a bedroom for 3 weeks with HUGE gaps, you can put your fingers through there. The handles don't work well and with my bad hands it's hard to open/close.
I had an appointment made which was made to fit around the school run. The worker arrived today (14th March 2023) during the school run so of course I have missed it.
I nowhave to wait another week for another appointment even though I have had to double up on medication due to not being able to breathe properly due to my chest being bad and even worse no thanks to these people not doing their job and fixing broken things.
I am not a moany person but my goodness, I feel like taking this to South Wales argus! It's pure neglect.
