I wouldnt even give one star, but had to so that my review could be posted. The general response to all questions seems to be l dont know. Apparently there are staff there with the title of experts . These people have no regard for the fact they are dealing with peoples salaries and expect individuals to wait in excess of two weeks for a resolution. Another company bourne from the Conservative government lining the pockets of their friends and donators which is not fit for purpose. Bring back HR within businesses so youre a name , not a number.
