This charity shop is genuinely SCARY to go into! Certain staff is extremely rude and make you feel like you turned up at their house, looking through their stuff! When you bring donations you literally get told off and screamed at. On the way back with 2 heavy bags I met someone who told me exact same thing happened to them! Never again am I stepping my foot in that shop again

My family & I are all for giving to charity, but the workers at this particular charity shop are rude & show rather poor customer service skills. My father & I both walked in with 4 very large bags full of clothes & shoes to donate. We walked in greeting them with a Hello! and not a single person replied or even acknowledged us. We then walked past and a lady very bluntly said leave them by there which we proceeded to do. My father made a conversation with the lady at the desk and all he got was an eyebrow raise and an okay. We did not get a thank you for the bags which we had donated, nor did we get a goodbye at our departure, similar to our arrival. The workers here need to realise theyre selling second hand goods, not brand new moncler coats & YSL heels at selfridges . Safe to say, will not be donating to this charity store again and will be donating elsewhere. Hope my families donations will be sold and the money made or clothes handed out will be given towards a good cause, with at least a smile on the donors face and some basic manners, preferably not the ones i dealt with at the store. Thank you.
