Excellent service from start to finish and so pleased with the final result. Michael provided us with a comprehensive quote and explanation of the work, Curtis helped us with the details and arranging a suitable date over the phone. From start to finish a first class service clearly defined and priced. Once you register your interest Stefan will explain the next steps and provide lots of information regarding the options for work that can be carried out. Then, the next step is Mike conducting a survey and setting out options that you can consider regarding the work you wish carried out and talking you through the cost involved. He will stress the companies ethos which is to ensure that they deliver great customer satisfaction as that is seen as the key to building success. I have to say from my experience, that is something that they achieve in practice. On the day of the installation, the team of Carl and Dan arrived and carried out the work. They were both friendly, courteous and professional and talked us through the practical aspects of the installation and when we asked questions were more than happy to be flexible in how they work to accommodate our wishes. We are very happy with the work and would certainly recommend them if you are thinking about how to create space and access to your loft area they will provide you with a great service and high standard of installation.
