Awful parts department dont answer the phone. 5th time I have called left my number clearly and repeatedly. AvoidUpdate rang me back after leaving this reviewTold him I needed a dpf pipe kept asking what sensor I needed hung up when corrected. Nice

Hello there we came down to your branch a few weeks ago was greeted by a very happy sales person. We was talked to very professional al times he was very happy to help us with any questions we had to ask. This amazing sales gentleman was Sam Williams. I would 1000% recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new Nissan.

From my initial enquiry with Andy Shorland, viewing of a Qashqai Epower, followed by a test drive and my decision to purchase, the entire process was managed in a knowledgable, professional and friendly manner. I never felt under pressure from Andy Shorland or Andy (Business Manager), just clear explanations about the car and different purchase options available. What was clearly evident was that the whole team had belief in the product and this obviously gives confidence to a prospective buyer. Excellent all round.

I bought my nissan Juke from here and the service was brilliant from start to finish to beyond. I walked in with an enquiry about Motability availability and Andy couldn't have helped me more if he tried. Even when I emailed for more information he was spot on. The delivery was perfectly on time and the handover was expertly delivered. A massive shout out and thanks to Andy Shorland.
