Excellent service. Friendly and supportive staff who kept me up to date with the progress on my new Mini. Louise was fantastic! This is the third new car I have purchased from Sytner Newport, and the standard of service remains the same. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had the pleasure of buying a new mini convertible last week from Sytner Newport, and had the good luck to be allocated a wonderful sales executive called Subhan Atif. He made the whole process simple, fun, so well-explained, and swift. All of the Team down at Sytner were wonderful though, so welcoming, and really fun. Wonderful experience all round. Very happy customer. Thank you to all of you there, especially Subhan. What he doesn't know about Mini's is not worth knowing :-)

Mini Newport Gwent Review On the 17/08/2021 I approached your bench in Newport Gwent to place an order for a Countryman via the Mobility Scheme. And what a disappointment its been from day one. I understood that there was shortages due to the War in Ukraine, there may be delays in delivery of my order. Which I excepted! From the 24/08/2021 until December 3rd, I was given 4 (may more) delivery dates only to be told on each occasion, they had been cancelled and then moved to another 3 months delay I had sent numerous emails to the sale person handling my order, asking for up dates, why my order had be delayed and not did not get any response! And on the occasion I did have a response, his excuse was he was on personal leave. I asked him why didnt he use his emails Out Of Office and his reply was he had forgotten to turn it on !, Being a former Senior Manager in Caerphilly Borough Council, found this totally out of order. I phoned the branch asking to speak to the sale person handle my and was told he was not available! I would ask to speak to management but was told none were unavailable or they would get back to me, which they did not! What should have been an exciting experience in ordering a new car turned out to be a nightmare and stressful experience, with lies and false promises. The one email reply was very curt! They should all be on your records it not I have kept all copies of the emails. If I wasnt so determined to have a Countryman I would had gone elsewhere. This sales team have not done the company any favours! Fast forward to December 2022 what a breath of fresh air The Mini section is now being managed by Luqman Saddique and head of Business for the whole site is Richard Fellows. Mr Soddique seemed to have given the team a much needed shakeup (a kick up the backside) Mr Soddique looked at my order case and seemed a little a little embarrassed. My sales person was replaced with Jason Williams who give me weekly updates, even if it was just a quick email telling me everything was on track! He answered ever correspondence from me a real professional. And the treatment I expected at the start of my order back in August 2021. Pick (the model) Sign (agreement) Forget (known that the order will be sorted) Enjoy (a stress from experience) definitely a 5 Stars Plus treatment! But due to the trauma , upset and disappointing start I can now award you a 5 Stars review after the Customer Care I received off Mr Soddique and Jason! I would be happy with a response!
