Morrisons Cafe

If I could give 0 stars I would it doesnt even deserve one. Complained at front desk her name is Vicky I found out that because she doesnt wear a name badge for obvious reasons to when she gets a complaint no one knows her name. Customer service knew who I was talking about as soon as I said my problem was with the cafe and they named her within a split second. My partner went up to order she was speaking to this woman serving her and there was no reply ignoring her and just plopped the change in my partners hand but that was after waiting 15 minutes to be served as to busy gossiping else where. then we sat down to wait to be served our food. Just for us to be told to go away when we didnt even speak one word when she served our food. The people who were sat behind us had the same problem. This is not just happened once. Its not just to youngsters its to elderly vulnerable people too. Appalling she needs the sack no way to treat anyone especially paying customers.

Food arrived after about 3 minutes even though I ordered fish. The food wasnt the best at all. The staff were moody.

Went for breakfast today. Staff as miserable as sin, coffee was tepid an bitter. Food turned up, I had breakfast, my wife had jacket. Was informed they had run out of poached eggs, so I had fried?? Eh?. Toast, bacon, mushroom( looked 3 months old), tomato( inedible), fried egg swimming in oil and eggshell, sausages cremated, cold. Congratulations Morrisons, it was easily the worst breakfast I have ever had. My wifes jacket potato was cold and tiny. Awful all round performance. And now I am unable to post, 'an error occured'.

Just walked out. Service appalling. No acknowledgment you are waiting for service. Ignorance at it's best. This used to be a real lovely cafe. Something very wrong. Someone needs to manage these issues as I was so annoyed I left the store without doing my shopping.
