        The staff there are impeccably rude I went to go get money out of my book that my nan had set up for me from when I was little, the lady that served me was rude enough to say about the condition of my old book and that she didnt want to touch it which left me feeling humiliated and embarrassed in front of other customers, there was nothing wrong with the book other than it was old and withered, not dirty or unclean, Ive never felt so infuriated by a member of customer service
