        Quality of the blind is excellent. We were told 2-3 weeks . 4 weeks later no communication. Had to phone to shop 3 times and customer service when phoning the shop was poor, no apology for the delay, we eventually found out that there was a problem getting the right width of the blind as the window was so wide, wouldnt have been a problem if the shop had kept in touch . vince who fitted the blind 8 weeks later was excellent.
