        Will never use this place again. I booked an appointment told it was 11am when I got there they had told me it was at 10. They woukdbt fit me in an was argumentative about the time I was told my appointment was. To then be told they could fit me in next week when I have a bad back and really needed it today. Appalling service and they wrote my number one digit out so they couldn't contact me lol terrible customer service.

        Went today for a back massage and facial. After our last appointment was cancelled because of therapist being sick which we found out the day before. (was quite annoyed but that cant be helped) Came today and really enjoyed, the therapists were lively and friendly. Beautiful old building with gorgeous character, quite outdated so a bit of TLC going into it would not go a miss. Lovely massage and facial, I would go back!
