I'm disabled and housebound and my husband opened a new joint bank account for me as he's also my carer so he could help me. Waited 2 weeks for hsbc and kept calling them, they said finally he could go down to the branch to take our ID but now the manager has refused, even though 4 different people on the phone said it was OK and we drafted a letter, apparently the bank manager is wrong but they don't know their ..from their elbow

Helpful staff who knows what they're on about when needed help, shame the bank is in Neeport and not local as it once was.
