I recently sold a property through Auction House Wales and I found them to be excellent. Marc Morrish was very easy to deal with and efficient, keeping me informed throughout the whole process, right up until completion. I was surprised how quick the process was as I hadn't decided to sell until mid January, and by early March it was all complete. They were very reasonable in their charges in comparison to other auction companies that I had been quoted, more than half the price of Dawsons for example, who also wanted to start the bidding on my property at 10k less than Auction House Wales. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience and a company that I would highly recommend, while Marc Morrish is a credit to the organisation

We sold our uncle's house at auction through Auction House this summer. We didn't know the process and had lots of people to keep in the loop but Marc Morrish and the whole team were consistently available to explain everything and nudge us along. Throughout, they were friendly and kind and made the whole process easy. They come really highly recommended from us!

I sold my property earlier this year through this auction house. I was so impressed with the professionalism and service they provided. Marc was very easy to get hold of, kept me fully informed through the whole process and gave me great advice. On the auction day, my house sold for over 40K OVER the asking price! I highly recommend this auction house.
