LEEAIR Conditioning and Refrigeration Limited

Made four appointments to test and gas my refrigerator over a two week period. Lee missed all four without a call to let me know he won't be able to make it. Before making the 4th appointment I said if he's unable to do it that's fine I can look for someone else. He still agreed a time and I asked my staff to be present earlier than the usual shift start. His website says he works 7am-7pm which clearly wasn't true as all 4 appointments were for 4pm onwards and he missed all 4. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I run a business and made sure staff came a little early to be present for Lee. From one business to another wasting our time is unacceptable. If you can't do it say so.

We used Lee's service to get a twin head AC unit installed in our business premises and he was brilliant. His quote was on a par with the national companies, and the service we've received has been excellent. The system we've had installed is simple to use and was fully explained to me prior to Lee and his labourer leaving. I will be using Lee in the summer to get an AC system installed at home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for similar. Services: Installation, Install AC
